Falcon Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company that has been serving El Paso County since 1996. Our team of experienced technicians provides a wide range of services including repair, installation, and maintenance of home comfort systems. We take pride in our work and strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service. Our goal is to ensure that your home is comfortable and safe all year round. Meet the Team
President
Gary Randolph
Gary started Falcon Heating in 1996 because he wanted to continue doing what he loves, but he also wanted to be able to spend time with his wife and two kids. Running a business meant some long hours, but it also gave him the opportunity to be part of all of the big moments. Now that his son and son in law have stepped in, Gary gets to spend more time with his five grandsons, traveling with his beautiful wife, and playing the banjo.
Vice President
Cody Randolph
Cody grew up going to work with Dad, helping to hold the flashlight or grab tools, and learning bits and pieces about the industry.
Now that he is grown with a family of his own, he enjoys bringing his two sons to work with him. When he isn't fixing or installing home comfort systems, he is home spending time with his wife and boys, watching the Bruins win at hockey, or camping with the family.
Service Technician
Zach Miller
Zach may not have known what he was getting into when he married into the Randolph family but, after 15 years in the Air Force, he was excited to jump into something different. He loves to spend time with his wife and boys, camp with the family, and enjoy the outdoors.
Customer Service
Mary Weissmann
Mary is the voice of the company; if you call the office, you will speak with Mary! She is passionate about providing excellent service and loves that she gets to spend her days doing just that. When she is not helping to get you scheduled for your heating and air conditioning to be cleaned, maintained, repaired, or replaced, she is spoiling her fur babies and trying to beat the computer at Scrabble.
Project Manager
Sarah Miller
Sarah spent the last 10 years working in mortgages while working to obtain a degree in project management. In 2023, a turn of events brought her back to the family business. Since then, she has jumped in with both feet, ready to help. She loves spending time with her family, doing yoga and farm chores, and camping at the lake.
